Your free trial starts immediately when you sign up. Vendor plans include a 14-day trial (choose weekly or monthly billing after), while Prospect plans include a 30-day trial (billed monthly after). You'll need to provide payment details, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial with no charge.

Vendor Reports are for property sellers you represent - keep them informed with weekly or monthly market updates. Prospect Reports are for potential buyers you're nurturing - help them stay informed with monthly market insights. Each has separate subscriptions so you only pay for what you need.

Yes! Vendors and Prospects are billed separately. You can have a Vendor plan (weekly or monthly billing) and a Prospect plan (monthly billing) at the same time, and upgrade or downgrade each independently.

You won't be able to add new vendors or prospects until you upgrade your plan or remove existing ones. Your current contacts and reports will continue to work normally.

You can cancel anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your billing page. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
